Savour bold flavours, inventive dishes, and succulent cuts of the finest meats at the Grill Pit

The Grill Pit, an Argentinian-inspired ‘Parilla’ grillroom located in Al Habtoor Polo Resort, invites guests to experience its latest menu with a variety of South American-style offerings. The restaurant is ideal for indulging in the finest Latin-inspired cuisine with majestic views of the hotel’s lawns.

Inspired by the flavours of Latin America, guests can start their gastronomic journey by combining ingredients that complement each other perfectly. Guests can start their gastronomic voyage with a beautiful Seared & Fritters Foie-Gras, a zesty Salmon & Caviar Leche De Tigre, a tangy Tuna TiraditoArepa De Pollo or a delicious Ensalada De Nopales Y Aguacate. For the main course, guests will be impressed with the choice of heavenly selection of the most delicate meat or fish served with superb sides to elevate the tantalizing palate phenomenon.

The Cabrito a La Norteña will combine a beer-braised lamb shank, cherry tomato Criolla, and burnt pickled onion. Guests can also opt for the Filet De Besugo Y Mejillones Guisados, a Josper grilled seabream with traditional Patagonia Argentina mussel stew, or Matambre, a milk-braised veal brisket with roasted sweet potato.

A meat lover’s paradise, carnivores are well taken care of as a range of mouth-watering cuts are waiting to be devoured. From Wagyu Rib Eye, Striploin, Tenderloin, Tomahawk, and Short Ribs, lovers of good beef are in for a treat. The Costilla De Cordero Lamb RibsSalmon, and Black Tiger Prawns complete the Asador offerings to round up a feast fit for royalty.

Your meal will always end on a sweet note as Chef Samson has taken the utmost care to ensure this new menu packs the same wow factor from the first to the last. With a choice of Blueberry Parfait, Pumpkin Cheesecake, or Marinated Fruit Salad, the food connoisseurs will always leave The Grill Pit feeling full and satisfied.
