The Sunset Escape is an idyllic new activation to Ballarò Terrace, running from Monday to Friday, 5:00pm – 8:00pm. Kick back, refresh and let the day melt away at this weekday retreat, with a brand new menu of handcrafted signature cocktails, such as the zesty Cornicello, a mix of Tanqueray Royale, cranberry juice and red chilli pepper, or the refreshing Fuga neiSogni, a pomegranate-infused vodka creation with basil and sweet & sour. Ballarò Terrace’s new cocktail menu is perfect for every day of the week, as its crafted cocktails celebrate the charm of Italy’s landscapes, its lively markets and sunlit coastlines through authentic ingredients, a creative touch and a fresh twist for Dubai. Guests can try the Riflessi di Stelle, inspired by the journey of Sicilian bananas; the Dolce far Niente, which offers a taste of Lombardy’s decadent flavours; or a classic cocktail that brings together timeless Italian flavours, from a Negroni to a Boulevardier. For those wanting to indulge in an alcohol-free sip, the new menu comprises a Zero Cocktail range embodying the essence of Italy, with fresh, sun-drenched ingredients, such as Romagna’s peaches and Sorrento’s citrus groves.

Served from 12:30pm – 3:30pm from Monday to Friday, this top lunchtime deal serves an incredible array of dishes, such as Zuppa del Giorno, chef’s special soup of the day; Pollo Arrosto con Patate al Forno, Italian chicken breast, hand-cut roasted potatoes with rosemary; and Sorbetto al Limone, homemade lemon sorbet.
On Monday nights, Ballarò Terrace calls all pizza-lovers to come and enjoy its new Pizza & Hops evening. Running from 6:30pm – 11:00pm each week, diners can tuck into unlimited traditional Italian pizza and hops.
